Delivery Timeframes

Inside Dhaka City: Usually next-day delivery if the order is placed before 3 pm. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered within 1-3 days.
Outside Dhaka City (Whole Bangladesh): Delivery typically takes 3-5 days.

However, it may be delayed due to natural calamities, incidents, or issues with the shipping provider.

Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka City: BDT 70 for standard parcel delivery.
Outside Dhaka City: BDT 150 for standard parcel delivery.

Note: Please note that charges may increase for larger parcels. The website may not accurately display delivery charges for larger parcels. You will receive a notification via SMS regarding any changes in shipping charges.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is available on the order page of your account.
Shipping providers may also notify via SMS with their tracking link.

Delivery Partners

We primarily work with RedEx for deliveries. Occasionally, we utilize our own delivery personnel.

Delivery Process

Our delivery personnel will attempt delivery three times before returning the parcel to us.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery attempts, our support team will contact you.
If you wish to receive the parcel after failed delivery attempts, you may be required to pay double delivery charges.
To change the delivery address, please contact our support team via phone call, WhatsApp, or our Facebook page.
If the new address is outside the zone selected during order placement, shipping charges for the new zone may apply.
